Eric Trites, The Roadhouse chef, graduated from culinary school in 1971 and won the Dirona award during his job working as a chef at Hermitage Inn. In addition, he won a Wine Spectator Grand Award while serving as a chef at Hermitage Inn. He serves on the Chamber of Commerce of Mount Snow Valley, putting him in touch with the goals and needs of his local community.
Trites and Jim McGovern have owned The Roadhouse for five years.
