In private dental practice in the Orlando area since 1995, Dr. Richard Petrilli possesses nearly 20 years of experience as a dentist. Recognized for professional excellence, Dr. Petrilli was voted the best dentist in Apopka, Florida, in 2010.
Dr. Petrilli offers a range of cosmetic procedures, including Lumineers-brand veneers, traditional porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, crown and bridge installation, and the removal of amalgam fillings. Committed to serving older adults, he offers services such as implant-supported dentures, traditional dentures, and partials.
Dr. Richard Petrilli graduated in 1992 from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he completed a Doctor of Dental Medicine and served as President of the local chapter of the Psi Omega National Dental Education Fraternity. Maintaining membership in the American Dental Association, he also belongs to area professional organizations like the Dental Society of Orlando, the Central Florida District Dental Association, and the Florida Dental Association.
Dedicated to service, Petrilli volunteers dentistry care to the Orange County Dental Research Clinic and participates annually in a day of free dental treatment for people without homes through Dentistry from the Heart. In addition, he donates to a number of nonprofit organizations, including the ALS Association, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and Pet Rescue By Judy.
An avid golfer, Dr. Petrilli also enjoys spectator sports such as baseball and football; he counts the New York Yankees and the University of Florida Gators as respective favorites.
Before embarking on his graduate education, he received a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with honors from Rollins College, the oldest recognized college in the state of Florida.
Dr. Petrilli devotes his leisure time to family and friends, working out, and traveling.
