Pursing a successful career, Jerry Stevenson oversees Platinum Law Group, based in San Diego and Beverly Hills, California. Prior to his endeavors at Platinum Law Group, he graduated from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on finance and accounting. Furthering his education, he earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Master of Laws from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he focused on taxation. At Platinum Law Group, Mr. Stevensons extensive education has benefitted clients. He handles matters related to bankruptcy, real estate loss mitigation, legal debt settlement, and tax resolution at Platinum Law Group.
At Platinum Law Group, Mr. Stevenson utilizes his experience in the financial areas of the law. He has overseen some 5,000 estate tax plans and represented a number of companies in the Southern California and Florida areas. For clients with tax problems, Platinum Law Group has repeatedly gone up against the IRS on behalf of clients, winning favorable resolutions that reduced clients tax burdens. Mr. Stevenson has represented clients at over 150 trials, gaining wide-ranging courtroom experience in working with both juries and judges, as well as civilian and military tribunals. He earned the latter two accolades for his service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
