FieldSolutions has grown rapidly since launching its online field technician management system, tripling in size in just its first two years. In 2010, the company closed $1.5 million in funding from Star Tec Investments to help finance additional growth and expansion.

Since then, the company has continued its rapid growth, expanding both its board of directors and management team. In 2011, the company launched its FS-PlusOne rewards program for its independent field service technician members; expanded service into Mexico; and released FS-Mobile, a suite of real-time location tools for managing independent field service technicians using mobile devices.

Today the company serves a broad range of electronics manufacturers, resellers, and service providers through its network of more than 27,000 independent field service contractors.
